Graduation Policy

Graduation in each of the courses in the Certified Practitioner Program is dependent on comprehensive verbal and written evaluations of achievement of the learning outcomes.

Level I: Associate Practitioner Certification

Important Note: Students must achieve a Satisfactory grade on modules 2 thru 4 to be certified as an Associate Practitioner.

Module 1: Basic Course

In the Basic Course a Satisfactory or Unsatisfactory grade is given. This is determined by the achievement of the learning outcomes as marked on the performance rating form and the Instructors assessment of the student’s participation in the class. A Satisfactory grade grants eligibility to continue in the Program. Students receive a Letter of Completion.

Module 2: Practitioner Intensive Course (10%)

A performance rating instrument is used to measure proficiency and improvement in guiding the Basic Belief Change Process with peers. The students’ grasp of theory is graded on a written final exam at the end of the fifth session of the course. A 70% minimum mark is required to achieve a Satisfactory grade. Students receive a Letter of Completion.

Module 3: Intern Practitioner Distance Practicum (20%)

Students who have submitted summaries with feedback of 300 clinical hours with volunteer clients, submitted their student journals and maintained communication monthly with the Chief Instructor or his/her deputy are eligible to receive their Letter of Completion for this module.  

Module 4: Intern Practitioner Tutorial/Evaluation (70%)

In the Intern Practitioner Tutorial/Evaluation the student is evaluated on the caliber of the work demonstrated on their video recording of a private client session. This is measured against the standard required for safe, competent and ethical professional practice. A minimum mark of 80% on a performance rating scale is required to achieve a Satisfactory grade. Students receive a certificate attesting their achieved professional status.

Level II: Practitioner Certification

Important Note: Students must achieve a Satisfactory grade on modules 1 thru 3 to be certified as a Practitioner.

Module 1: Associate Practitioner Distance Practicum (20%)

Students’ technical proficiency levels are assessed throughout the course utilizing a number of modalities. These modalities include written and oral feedback protocols regarding baseline skills, abilities and level of improvement, conducted by Instructors on a bi-monthly basis, written summaries and client feedback of private client work and summaries of self work. A 70% minimum mark is required to achieve a Satisfactory grade. Students receive a Letter of Completion.

Module 2: Professional Development Courses (10%)

Students who have submitted summaries with feedback of 300 clinical hours with private clients and maintained communication bi-monthly with the Chief Instructor or his/her deputy are eligible to receive their Letter of Completion for this module.  

Important Note: Students must complete the Money, Prosperity and Abundance and Relationship Resolution 1 Professional Development Courses to successfully complete the Level II requirements.  

Module 3: Associate Practitioner Professional Tutorial/Review (70%)

In the Associate Practitioner Professional Tutorial/Review the student is evaluated on the caliber of the work demonstrated on their video recording of a private client session. This is measured against the standard required for safe, competent and ethical professional practice. A minimum mark of 80% on a performance rating scale is required to achieve a Satisfactory grade. Students receive a certificate attesting their achieved professional status.

Upon successful completion of the College of Core Belief Engineering Certified Practitioner Program graduates receive a certificate stating that they are a Certified Practitioner. This certificate must be renewed annually upon receipt of proof that they are still actively practicing.
